I am an attorney and certified public accountant licensed in Indiana. I live and work in Broad Ripple, an eclectic and historic neighborhood north of downtown Indianapolis.

Law Practice:
I help everyday people protect their assets. I defend Hoosiers against foreclosure and collection actions and negotiate with lenders and creditors for mortgage modifications and debt settlements. I work with people to determine whether bankruptcy is the right decision for them and, if so, I shepherd them through the process.

I help individuals plan for their families’ futures. I work with people to develop a plan for getting out, and staying out, of overly burdensome debt. I work with individuals and couples to structure their estates and legacies, and draft documents to guide and instruct loved ones in the event that the person dies, or can no longer make decisions for him or herself.

My clients live all over Indiana, although most are from Marion and Hamilton Counties.
